LooOnTheGo™ is a product of Greene4EV Ltd (Company Number 16301125), London E6 6EB, United Kingdom — contact looonthegoinfo@gmail.com. We take your privacy seriously and design for privacy first.

What we collect: your account details (name, email, sign-in provider), your saved favourites, reviews you write, and — only if you choose to provide it — a private accessibility profile.

Your accessibility profile is encrypted at rest. It is never shared with businesses in identifiable form. Venues only ever see a wellbeing status emoji and an authorization status — never your medical conditions, date of birth, address or profile photo.

Arrival check-ins are opt-in: nothing is shared until you tap “I've arrived”, and only the flags you choose are visible to the venue.

Your rights (UK GDPR): you can request a copy of your data, correct it, or erase it at any time by contacting us. Consent is granular per feature and can be withdrawn in your profile.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
