LooOnTheGo is a digital platform that facilitates discovery, communication, accessibility support, navigation and engagement between users and facility operators. Responsibility for operating facilities remains with the relevant facility owner, business or organisation.

LooOnTheGo acts as an information, accessibility, communication and engagement platform. LooOnTheGo does not own, maintain, operate or control facilities unless explicitly stated.

Facility operators remain responsible for: opening hours, accessibility features, pricing, facility maintenance, safety, availability and staff assistance.

Information may change over time. Users should verify critical information where necessary.

Some facilities may require payment. Where payment is processed through LooOnTheGo: LooOnTheGo acts only as a technology platform; facility operators remain responsible for providing access; facility operators set pricing and access conditions; LooOnTheGo does not guarantee access.

Payment functionality is activated only for facilities that are business-managed, admin-approved and payment-enabled. Paid access passes are single-entry and time-limited as shown on your receipt.

Customer Only facilities may require: a purchase, receipt upload, staff approval or access code authorisation.

Final access decisions remain the responsibility of the participating business.

LooOnTheGo may provide tools for assistance requests. Response times and support availability depend entirely on participating businesses. LooOnTheGo does not guarantee assistance availability.

Accessibility information is collected from: facility operators, public data sources, accessibility datasets, user feedback and administrative reviews.

Accessibility information should not be considered a guarantee of suitability.

Reviews are user opinions. LooOnTheGo may moderate, approve, reject or remove content where appropriate.

Businesses participating in LooOnTheGo may display approved QR codes and platform materials. QR functionality may include: reviews, assistance requests, facility information, promotions, accessibility information and customer engagement.

QR codes and posters may only be displayed with permission from the business or venue operator.

LooOnTheGo may provide a Business Onboarding Programme including: training guides, staff instructions, accessibility awareness materials, QR engagement training and assistance workflow training.

Businesses remain responsible for staff actions and compliance.

Greene4EV Ltd and LooOnTheGo shall not be liable for: facility closure, access refusal, facility condition, staff actions, incorrect information supplied by third parties, delayed assistance, payment disputes between users and facility operators, accessibility issues at venues, or service interruptions outside platform control.

Responsibility for facility operation remains with the facility owner or operator.

We welcome partnerships with: local authorities, universities, airports, hospitals, shopping centres, public toilet platforms, community toilet schemes, accessibility organisations, mapping providers and smart city projects.

LooOnTheGo aims to complement existing initiatives rather than replace them. Our goal is to strengthen accessibility, awareness and visitor support through collaboration.

Future capabilities may include: API integrations, data synchronisation, mapping integrations, open data feeds and partner datasets.

All integrations require permission, licensing compliance and attribution where required.

For users: facility information is provided in good faith from venue data, open datasets and community reports. Always follow venue staff instructions on site.

For businesses: you are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for honouring assistance requests and paid access passes. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime; listings above your plan limit may be paused on downgrade.

Reward tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) and verification badges are assigned by platform administrators and may be reviewed or withdrawn if information is found to be inaccurate.

Misuse of the platform — fraudulent reports, abusive messages, or misuse of access passes — may result in suspension.
